Iowa Credit Union League and Affiliates Management Company Announce Executive Promotions

Matt Oakley to succeed Jim Niederhauser as COO of ICUL and AMC

Des Moines, Iowa – Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) and its holding company, Affiliates Management Company (AMC), today announce several executive promotions following the announced retirement of current ICUL chief operating officer (COO) Jim Niederhauser, effective July 1, 2020.
 

Matt Oakley has been named as Niederhauser’s successor and will hold the position of COO for ICUL and AMC. Oakley is currently the chief marketing officer (CMO) for AMC. Over the past two years, Oakley has played an instrumental role in the growth of the AMC family of companies, overseeing areas of marketing, communications, sales and product development. Additionally, Oakley leads an exploratory team that researches new business and partnership opportunities.
 

As COO, Oakley will provide strategic oversight to the ICUL team and work closely with league membership to ensure ICUL is offering relevant and impactful benefits to members.

In addition to the promotion of Oakley, ICUL and AMC also announce the following executive promotions:
 

• Andrea Dose, currently Director of Member Services for ICUL has been named Vice President of ICUL. In this new role, Dose will oversee ICUL member services, engagement, program offerings and partnerships.
• Carrie Kompelien, currently Vice President, Human Resources for AMC has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources for AMC. As SVP, Kompelien will continue providing oversight and leadership to the human resources department, while taking on additional oversight and board governance responsibilities.
